1. What Guard.lease does
Guard.lease analyzes Dutch rental contracts using AI and identifies potential violations of Netherlands housing law including Burgerlijk Wetboek Boek 7, Wet betaalbare huur 2024, and Besluit huurprijzen woonruimte.
2. Not legal advice
Guard.lease is an information tool, not a law firm. Analysis results do not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified lawyer before taking legal action based on our results.
3. Accuracy
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all violations are detected or that results are free from error. AI analysis has limitations and should not be used as the sole basis for legal decisions.
4. Payments
Full reports are €8 per analysis, one-time payment. Processed by Creem. Refunds are available within 14 days if the report was not delivered due to a technical error on our side.
5. Your contract
You retain full ownership of your contract. We do not store, share, or use it for any purpose other than the analysis you requested. Your contract is deleted immediately after analysis.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
