Guard.lease is an AI-powered rental contract analysis tool. We help tenants and landlords in the Netherlands identify potential violations in rental agreements.

What data we collect
Contract data
Your uploaded contract is processed in memory and immediately discarded after analysis. We never store the contents of your contract.
Report data
The analysis result is stored temporarily and deleted after 24 hours.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Creem. We never see or store your card details.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly tool that collects no personal data and requires no cookie consent.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on legitimate interest (providing the service you requested). We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or AI training.
Your rights

Data retention
- Uploaded contracts: deleted immediately after analysis
- Analysis reports: deleted after 24 hours
- Payment records: retained as required by EU tax law (7 years)

We use no tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless.
